Stand on a fairly fresh tree stump.
Be open to what comes to you.
I once got in touch with a stump when I was meditating indoors. He felt forgotten and wanted me to visit him, so I went outside and did so. The mere size of the stump gave away that this once was a mighty tree.
As I climbed up onto the stump, I expected to feel sad and mutilated. Instead, I was stretched out to my full glory. I was large and magnificent, with branches stretching out my crown in full sunlight.
